First meeting info

I just wanted to give you an idea of what to expect for our inaugural meeting on Feb. 14 2026:

Since this is the beginning, we’ll be getting to know each other and what we want to get from the club. I am going to start with my experiences at the Burlington Machine Knitter’s Guild as a basic building block. We will have a demo by my friend Michelle Carrigan, on 3 basic, single bed cast on techniques. We will need to talk about organising  chair-persons for committees (ie: president, Vice, secretary, treasurer, etc). In the future we will have show and tell for projects that we are working on, as well as challenges. There will be a 15 minute break for coffee and snacks.

Other than that, we will have to see how it goes!

I look forward to meeting all of you!

Ben
